RulePoint™ is a server-based platform that intelligently detects individual and complex business events as they occur and automatically initiates responses as required. RulePoint enables users to define and configure custom rules via easy-to-use web interfaces and continuously applies these rules to find events across disparate information sources including corporate databases, sensors, enterprise applications, websites, RSS feeds, flat files, and more. Real-Time Alert Manager™ (RTAM™) is a web-based application for managing alerts received from RulePoint. RTAM provides a persistent communications channel for receiving and responding to notifications through point-and-click actions. Alert management occurs via user-created rules that prioritize and personalize events, while limiting excessive messages. Low-to-High™ (L2H™) provides event detection and response across security domains. L2H interfaces with RulePoint and RTAM, continually monitoring designated external data sources and correlating that information against secure internal sources.
