Agent Logic and Inxight
Software will host an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Webinar to discuss
the challenges associated with AML and financial risk
management. Financial fraud is a massive problem, with new
threats surfacing continually. $47 billion was lost by
financial institutions due to theft and fraud in 2005
(FTC). 89 million US adults were identity fraud victims in
2006 (BBB).
Agent Logic and Inxight Software will demonstrate how we deliver
real-time awareness tailored to an institution’s unique requirements,
equipping them to proactively detect and respond to changing tactics of
fraud perpetrators. These technology tools have proven
themselves effective in supporting demanding national security
initiatives for over six years.
Agenda:
• Introduction by Cynthia Reed (see below)
• Overview of technology platform addressing the AML challenge
• Q&A
SPEAKER BIO
Cynthia Reed brings over 25 years of experience in strategy,
technology, and compliance management for global financial
institutions. As Director of Global Capabilities for
Citibank’s Commercial Cards division, she managed the firm’s $18
billion commercial card technology and product strategy. As
the driving innovator for Citi’s travel card program, she expanded global
market share to $500 million in her first year and into 40 countries by
her fourth year. She oversaw complex integration projects
while ensuring full compliance in client implementations for Ford,
General Motors, Weyerhaeuser, Diageo, Avon
and Glaxo Smith Klein. She also managed the technology
implementation that converted 41% of the federal government market onto
Citi commercial credit cards, representing 200 government agencies,
600,000 credit cards, and $3 billion in annual
spending. Prior to Citi, she directed Visa e-Pay® a joint
venture with Microsoft Money for retail online banking, and she led
custom software implementations for Chase Manhattan Bank’s personal
banking center. Cynthia Reed received the 2005 Global
Quality award from MasterCard International.
