Michael Appelbaum, President and CEO

As the company's President and CEO, Mike has focused his efforts on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Following the founding of the company in 1999, Mike led efforts to secure financing from In-Q-Tel and Walker Ventures. To date, Mike has grown revenues of the company at a CAGR of nearly 100% while building a profitable organization consisting of 70 employees and a wide base of marquis customers.

A serial entrepreneur, Mike has a track record of developing and bringing to market successful software products. In 1999, Mike's vision for applying Webspector on an enterprise scale -- creating a product suite that could intelligently detect and automatically respond to information changes and events across an organization's IT systems and over the Internet -- culminated in the formation of Agent Logic. Mike's leadership and early execution are recognized for advancing the fields of Event Stream Processing (ESP) and Complex Event Processing (CEP).
